Website Migration

If you currently already have a website and would like it redesigned, we can copy your website over to our content management system and redesign it for you. URL's, sitemaps, and search engine optimisation details will stay exactly the same. Please contact us for a quote and further information.

CMS & Customisation

We use a state of the art, bespoke content management system (CMS), which means that your website can be customisable. Different levels of customisation are available, and extra charges may apply depending on the level of customisation that you require. The CMS is very user-friendly and we give you a free training session once your website is complete.

First Draft

Once we have finished designing your website, we will send you a link where you can view the first draft of your website. You will have access to all website pages and can go through your website as if you were a customer. You will then have a chance to request any amendments, which we will implement at no extra cost* Once the changes have been made, you will be able to use the same link to view your updated website. Further revisions after the first draft will be chargeable.

Website Timeframe

We will finish designing your website within six weeks of receiving your content. We have an easy and painless content upload process. Additionally, we can create some content for you, and provide you with photos to use on your website as well. Additional charges apply. Please contact us for further details.

Website Hosting

Once we have finished designing your new website you will need to select one of our monthly hosting plans to make your website live on the internet. Our website hosting plans include an SSL certificate (your website will be trusted by Google and other search engines), bulk emailer, website statistics, and business email accounts. Domain Names

Let us know your chosen domain name, and we will register it for you on our CMS, if it is available. Most domain names can be purchased for $29 + GST per year.


Search engine optimisation (SEO) is the process of growing the quality and quantity of website traffic by increasing the visibility of a website or a web page to users of a search engine. SEO is performed because a website will receive more visitors from a search engine when it ranks higher in results. These visitors can then be converted into customers. We provide white hat techniques that will improve your website ranking on Google and other search engines. SEO is available on both our Professional and The Works packages. Photo Editing

For an online business, the way that you present your products and services in website photos can be your only opportunity to impress and entice potential customers. If you have poor-quality photos on your website, you may not be reaching your full potential. Once we have finished editing your digital photos, they will better represent and showcase your products and services, which should improve your earning potential. Some photo editing is included on our Professional and The Works packages. Payment T & C

We require a 50% deposit to be paid before we start designing your website. The remaining 50% must be paid after the work has been completed. Until full payment has been received, no websites will be made live. If your website ends up being more expensive due to the addition of extra products, extra pages, extra customisation, etc, you will need to make an additional payment to bring the total deposit back up to 50% of the final price.

Login & Access

Once we have finished designing your website, you will be provided with your own login to our content management system. You will have complete control over your website content without any restrictions. There, you will be able to change email passwords, add new email accounts, change your logo, register new domain names, change website hosting plans, pay your account, edit website information, add photos, add products, make pricing changes, change banners, change font, etc.


We will send you email setup instructions once your website has been completed. Please note that we do not provide any assistance for setting up email on your devices.


All our website packages include a free 1 hour training session. This is where we can show you how to make future changes to your website for free. Alternatively, we can do these future additions for you at a cost. Training sessions usually take place on Zoom or Skype, so we can share our screen with you. An additional charge of $50 + GST applies for each additional 30 minutes requested.

Wording Check

We offer a grammar check of your website once designing has finished. This is where we go through your website and check for spelling and punctuation errors from the content you have sent through, and even look for improved ways to word your content. The price varies depending on how much content you have. Please let us know if you would like a quote for this, once your website is complete.

*Please note, first draft free changes do not include a restructure/change of layout to the website. *All websites will be offline until full payment has been received.
